Pair of Meander Sconces by Cesare Casati and Emanuele Ponzi for RAAK, Amsterdam

The Meander wall sconce was designed by Cesare Casati and Emanuele Ponzi for the leading Dutch light manufacturer of the 1960s and 1970s. They are made from white lacquered metal and each contains six semi circles that distribute the light that shines from within. Mounted one above the other they form a perfect round object. This set was found in a monastery in Belgium and they are in a wonderful condition. Please note that we have 3 pairs of the Meanders on stock, so there are 6 all together.
