Post-Modern Glass Vase by Massimo Giacon for Vis-à-vis Collection of Ritzenhoff
Cheerful glass vase designed by Massimo Giacon for the Vis-à-vis Collection of Ritzenhoff, 1999.
The stubble rowdy face looks at us in a somewhat challenging but also friendly manner. There is a surreal touch to it due to the missing second eye. The stripes on the foot suggest the beard hairs trimmed just now.
Massimo Giacon (1961) is an Italian visual artist who became famous as an innovative cartoonist, illustrator, graphic artist and designer. He works in close cooperation with Alessi for which he designed many things.
